You retain ownership of all content you upload (resumes, cover letters, etc.). By using our service, you grant us permission to:

  • Store and process your content to provide the service
  • Use AI to enhance and personalize your content

You are responsible for ensuring your content is accurate and does not violate any laws or third-party rights.

6. Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

  • Use the service for any illegal purpose
  • Attempt to gain unauthorized access to our systems
  • Upload false, misleading, or fraudulent information
  • Use automated tools to access the service without permission

7. Pricing and Payment

We offer both free and paid plans. Paid subscriptions automatically renew unless cancelled before the renewal date. All fees are non-refundable except as required by law. We reserve the right to change pricing with notice.

THE SERVICE IS PROVIDED "AS IS" WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND. WE DO NOT GUARANTEE:

  • That the service will be uninterrupted or error-free
  • That AI-generated content will be accurate or suitable for your needs
  • That using our service will result in job offers or interviews

You are responsible for reviewing all AI-generated content before using it in your job applications.

11. Limitation of Liability

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, WE SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, OR CONSEQUENTIAL DAMAGES ARISING FROM YOUR USE OF THE SERVICE. OUR TOTAL LIABILITY SHALL NOT EXCEED THE AMOUNT YOU PAID US IN THE PAST 12 MONTHS, OR $100, WHICHEVER IS GREATER.

12. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold us harmless from any claims, damages, or expenses arising from your use of the service, your content, or your violation of these Terms.
